So, what do you all do on the VIP tour? I had my name on the waitlist, then took it off, and am now wondering if I really want to do it again. I've never been to DLR so I worry that it might be too much for me to take in. I was thinking that I'd do better just having large chunks of time to explore with. I don't want to miss out though. Do you get anything special on the tour? Where all do you go? Should I do it if a spot opens up?
Oh, I need to add that I'm a BIG chicken, and don't ride the 'scary' rides. Pirates is about as thrilling as I can go.
Well, funny you should ask...I have not done the VIP tour, but have been dreaming and scheming since long before the price went up. Now, basically the only way I will ever do the tour is with 9 other people, as it is more than I could justify for my family. So, that is why I am so taking advantage of doing the tour with the gals. You will never again have the opportunity to do this tour for $75 or so. Here is my thread where I discussed my dream tour:

If you decide you want to go, don't hesitate to get signed up. It is sort of like a group exploration. Wild rides not required. If everyone else goes, you can stay and chat with the guide and get an insiders perspective. I'm sure you would not be the only one.
Morning everyone. I am just popping in to say hi before I get into my statistics homework. We are supposed to be doing these big data presentations. Everyone has been working on theirs for weeks. So I guess I should start on mine.
Have a great day!
Statistics was actually one of my favorite classes. Oh I miss those days when all I had to focus on was school and work!
Heather, I saw a link to the puppies the other day and the girls and I were watching them. They are so cute!!
Yeah, those puppies are really cute, until one of them lives with you. My sweet almost one year old just chewed the pants right off of my son's Mickey. Yep, poor Mickey is in the buff. The really great news is that the
Disney Store has that size of plush on sale for $10, and then 25% off and I then get another 15% off of that! If only I felt like a new Mickey would be safe from "Robin Chewbaca "Chewy" Rodrigue".
Who else is watching Wall*E tonight?
My kids are so excited

, you'd never knew they actually saw it in the theaters on its opening day. . .
I went to pick mine up from the Disney Store today and the darn shipment had not come in. Oh well, it is for my son's bday on Friday anyhow. He asked for it, but we did not see it in theatres. Someone told me today that they hated it, it was depressing and "dark". I really can't imagine. Someone else told me it was a love story?? Can't wait to see it myself.
I'm dying to see "Bolt", which looks really good to me.
Well Gals, after seeing the Tink that someone from the DISigns board made for us, I headed over there for the first time. You may not hear much from me for a while, cause that place is awesome! And what super nice people. I was able to get a couple of really cool Star Wars custom designs. I made custom treat envelopes for my sons bday goodies, that a DISigner MEL made for me. If you haven't been there, I would recommend a visit. Just be sure to come back.
