As far as the scavy hunt the only recommendation I would have is possibly make it a tad bit longer or make a few less questions. I found it tough to get it all done in time. I was running my rear off to get it done, but part of the problem was that stupid pressed penny lol. We looked EVERYWHERE and never did find it but I am sure most of you know THAT story! LOL

I do like the ride idea but agree with others about them having to be ones that would be little to no line. And I wouldn't mind the hunt being longer as long as the amount of time matched the questions if that makes sense. For us it seemed that the questions were so scattered throughout all the different lands that it took so long going in circles etc eventhough we tried to organize it so that wouldn't happen.

But anyway I agree I was WHIPED by the time it was done and I don't think I rode one ride that entire day after that LOL. Mom and I just sat for a few hours after that and just vegged we were SO tired LOL.

Otherwise I am up for whatever.

Beth- about a year ago you and your family stayed at a hotel that had a nice breakfast. It was a pretty decent sized room you were in...what hotel was that? Do you even know what I am talking about?

Okay, so you know the moose that visited me this morning. Well she came back this afternoon, except this time she had her baby with her. It wasn't a new baby. I'd say it looks like last years foal. So of course I had to take a few pics to share with all of you.

Here's the baby.

Okay, so a little while later I'm at my desk on my laptop talking to you guys and doing some homework when out of my office window I see the momma moose just walkin' by. Hello momma moose.

Here's the view from my office window.

I see she's walking around the side of our house, so I go out front and see momma moose in our side yard by our neighbors fence.

And before long her baby came to join her. Here's momma and baby. They were eating the new spring shoots off of the trees.

So does anyone besides me want to stay onsite? I would love to, as long as I can get someone to share with. If we don't get a good rate, then we could have a backup at Hojos for the last minute. So what say you?

Now, for this weekend. Where is everyone going to be on Friday and Saturday? I know Sunday all I can do is wave to you and cheer you on.

I have to pack, so I will be checking back to see what is going on.

The momma moose really did startle me at 6:30am when I was about to let my dog go outside to go potty. I looked up just as I was opening the sliding glass door, and the big moose was right there and looking right at me. I was like WHOA!

On a different note....I'd like some feedback from people about the Scavenger Hunt....This isn't anything "official" from the team, just wanting to get a feel for some stuff myself as we're gonna brainstorm this weekend.....
First of all, a number of people mentioned having rides on the scavenger hunt...what ones would people like to see?
Should we keep it just to DL or would you like to see not just DL, but DCA and/or DtD, too?
Should it be about the same length (it was about 2.5 hours), shorter or longer?

I think one park would be best and IMO it should be DL. I wouldn't mind doing rides at all. A scavenger hunt sounds amazing right now... I'd rather do that than final projects!

When you start cramming 5 and 6 ladies into a room, my head starts to spin.

I am thinking maybe we should stay closer if possible. When I had my chimi-itis it was one looooong butt cheek shuffle (Capri ) back to the room. I won't go #2 in public. Sorry if that was WAaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much info.

If that happens again next trip, Lord help me.

Yep, it's a single bathroom with a locking door so you are TOTALLY alone in there. Nice for chimi-itis and other DL tummy issues.

It's near Rancho de Zocalo and Carnation Gardens stage area. Most the Divas know where it is, so just ask next time.

The butt cheek shuffle!

I don't know where my hubby comes up with stuff like that....his crazy brain! Yep, same thing happened to me at WDW, and my hubby laughed his head off watching me from the resort bus do the butt cheek shuffle across the grass in front of our building on the way to our room at SSR.

Good afternoon ladies! My coma needed to last longer. I only slept 13 hours. I wish I could have stayed home today. Maybe I'll conveniently call in sick tomorrow. My boss would be pissed if I did that though, 'cause I'm the only one available to work.

Big virtual (I don't want to get anyone sick ya know) hugs to everyone!

No! I WANT A BABY MOOSE!

About six months ago I went into this funky pet store/feed store next door to the original vet I used to go to. They had a baby goat in there--he/she was SOOOO cute. I wanted it sooo bad--it even talked to me and said "baaaaa" which I know what goat for "I really want to go home with you even though you aren't zoned for it because I know you will totally spoil me like the $8,000 cat."
