Good memory! Yes it was me! Beautiful view! I think the Red Rocks area is such a unique area and my DBF loves it because it is a rock climbers heaven! I drove right past you then all weekend dropping off DBF and then going back to RR to pick him up and hang out at the festival at night.

Well, if you are ever in the area again, let me know. Amy, Jane and I will try to meet up with you.

Good afternoon ladies! My coma needed to last longer. I only slept 13 hours. I wish I could have stayed home today. Maybe I'll conveniently call in sick tomorrow. My boss would be pissed if I did that though, 'cause I'm the only one available to work.

For newbies any suggestions on roomie selections? Since we really don't 'know' anyone yet...I guess we have awhile to decide so maybe as we get to know everyone we could then decide?

I would love to meet up with the 'Vegas' girls! I know for sure we'll be there again next year around the last weekend of March for the Red Rock Festival, probably in Dec. during the rodeo finals with my parents and we are thinking about a getaway this summer. March would probably be the best time that I can sneak away...I can let DBF hang out with his crazy rock climbing group!

Yeah, but we'll be there in Feb.....hopefully it shouldn't be hot or crowded and lines should be fairly short (crossing fingers). Plus, if it's hot and crowded, standing in line beats running around the masses of people trying to find the next answer for a scanvenger hunt. OMGosh, that got me to thinking, can you imagine doing the scanvenger hunt during our 2008 trip when it was SUPER crowded and like 104 degrees everyday?!!!

Welcome Laurie I am new to the Divas as well and the trip in 2010 will be my first trip. Everyone here is wonderful and very sweet. It is hard to keep up at times and your eyes can look like this after a catch up marathon.

7 children you are amazing! I have only one and she will be 20 May 16th - I had it so easy! I now live with my DBF who has two, a 12 yo and a 14yo and just having kids around again and their schedules is tiring me out now especially that I'm 40 something!

Well its nice to know I won't be the only one that looks lost all the time!!!!

It's the 40something that gets the best of me as well........

For roomies for those who are new, I'd say it's not something you need to worry about just yet. I always suggest posting awhile, seeing who you click with, who you have something other than Disney in common with, what everyone's dates, are and then go from there. Don't worry. We'll make sure everyone has a roommate that wants one.

As for Vegas, when in summer were you thinking? There are some of us (four, possibly five ladies) getting together in July for some fun. Two of the ladies are coming with their hubbys and are sneaking away for a bit one night for some fun.
So if you think it might be towards the end of July PM me and let me know. Maybe we can work something out. That would be a nice way to meet some of us before the trip.

Yes, I do know--because it was 102 degrees for last year's MouseAdventure--we almost died. In fact, Mary Jo told me she had heat exhaustion and got sick!

I think the hotel was $149? I only shared a room with one other person.
My AP was $269 **with a $50 GC
I can't remember how much money I brought, I think around $600, I came home with a little over $250. I was very thrifty, but then my hotel was also on my debit card. I paid for the tours before I left.
