Oh and we watched the last few minutes of Top Model, it was just on when we finished watching something we had DVRd, anyway we know nothing about any of them but we thought the girl that left was super cute!! Cutest of the rest of them were. But man, that one girl, she's got legs that go forEVER!!!! I've never seen legs that long ever in my life.....

I loved the little gal that went home on model..... she was cute as a bug & had a bouncy personality.... her biggest issue was height. I hooked on to her when she explained who she was with the term "Blackxican".... I loved her term for her mixed heritage.

LOL That's how one of my oldest DD's explains her heritage as well. Her Mom is Dominican and her Dad is Mexican so she's a blaxican. lol That's how she spells it. She is actually a model too, super tall and so pretty. She tried out for Top Model this season but didn't get it.

anyone like the idea of meeting up (other than meals and tours) at a certain time to do certain rides? I know there are some ladies who love that idea, but was wondering how does everyone else feel about that? The ride(s) would be decided ahead of time so we don't waste a ton of time doing the "what do you want to do?" "I don't know, what do you want to do" thing.

Any suggestions or opinions on that?

Yes, I like doing group rides. I think planning them for after certain events, like we did with Small World and PFF, works best. So we can plan them for after meals and such.

Yeah, planning for a ride after an activity or meal would probably work best. I did enjoy doing Small world after PFF with the group. Too bad some had to go to their tour and missed out. If we plan ahead, then I think it would work. I would hate to ask everyone after a meal, what ride do you want to do. ACK! So when we come up with our itinerary, we should keep that in mind and plan for a few rides.

Still would like to hear others opinions on that.

I'm back from the field trip. That was REALLY fun! Had a blast actually. That museum is kind of small but it was REALLY neat. We didn't get to go into the main museum part but we went into the planetarium and I have to say I liked it better than the big multi billion dollar presentation we had at the SF one! LOL. They showed OUR night sky here in our town and pointed out all the constellations and it was really cool. Then he showed the winter sky with Orion etc. It was REALLY neat. Then he showed the planets and he had a piece of the metorite off the meteor that hit in Arizona and we all got to hold it. WAY cool!

The kids were impressed and so was I!

It was a lot of fun!

Anyway as far as shows I watch, I watch Dancing with the Stars and Heros on Mondays, of course Dancing again on Tuesdays and Fringe on Tuesdays along with American Idol. Then on Wedesdays I watch AI and Lost and then Thursdays it's Survivor, CSI and Eleventh Hour when it's on. Fridays is Ghost Whisperer and nothing on Saturdays and Sundays is Amazing Race and Extreme Home Makeover.

Then in the summer I watch Big Brother. I think that is pretty much it. If I had to pick a favorite REG show it would be lost and my fav reality show would prob be Amazing Race.

Anyway that's bout it and I am just home to grab a bite before I have to run back out and pick the girls up. Short day today!

I like that idea!! Just count me out when it comes to ToT, Maliboomer, Mulholland Madness, Autopia & Splash.....but i'd gladly accompany the group to any of those!!

I like the idea of the Animation Bldg!!! I think GRR would be a hoot with a big group....... Won't the Lincoln exhibit be open then as well???

I watch AI, DWTS, so You Think You Can Dance and then I love the Food Network Challenges, Iron Chef America and The Next Food Network Star.

I like Allison a lot but she won't win. That red hair is the problem--just so freaky looking--if she looked more normal--like the 17 year old she is--I think she would go farther. I love Adam but think middle America will defeat him. He has so much versatility--I do think it hurt him this week that he didn't sing "in" the genre--he would have rocked it if he did. I don't like Kris and Danny -ehhh.

Love the idea of the ride-scheduling!

Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is having a good Thursday. Yesterday was horrrrrrible for me. I was never able to make it out, dumb I know. Chris got home and I just dropped into tears. It's so rediculous I know. I really think it's just fear of getting sick again. This past month has been nothing but hell for me health wise. Ayden went back to school today. He was jumping up and down when I said he was going. He was so excited. Tonight he has a Spring Performance show. He is THRILLED...that kid loves to be on stage.

So I didn't make it out yesterday..but I did today. I went to the bank, the postoffice and Target. I'm in more pain today but with all the crying I did last night I'm not surprised.

As for the reality tv....I love love love love American Idol. Some seaons I never get into it..but I love this one. I'm all about Danny! He reminds me SO much of my ex from when I was 19, it's almost scary actually. I don't get Adam. If people vote him off because of the gay factor that's rediculous. It's more that whole screaming, screech thing he does that makes my skin crawl. he does have some talent but I hate when he screams!!! I was sad to see Matt go..he looks so much like a guy I work with. I love watching Chris sing, he's so cutie patootie. More than that his wife is just adorable and it's always so cute seeing her reaction when he sings. Allison is amazing!!!! I think she still amazes herself at times.

Kelly, the field trip sounds fun...was it the small one on Auburn Blvd? I love that one. Ayden loves that place. It's not so big that it's overwhelming to kids.

I personally am not an Adam fan. I think that he is interesting and that people like him because he is the typical "rock" star type but I don't like his screaming either. I think he will probably win though because he is the "package". The girls like him etc etc.

I think Danny has a better voice and I just like him. I think he is a much better singer and has a better stage presence and is more down to earth. Adam is just more showy.

I think Alison has a good voice and I think she could go far but who knows what will happen. I also think Chris has a good voice as did Matt AND Anoop. I think that all of them could make records in their own right. But I think the overall best singer IMO is Danny.

But as far as the all around package it would probably be Adam.

And Janelle yes that is the one on Auburn. I had NEVER been to that place. You know what they say you live in a place your entire life and you end up never going places. I have also never been to Sutter's Fort. I figure one of the kids will end up going on a field trip and I will go with them. LOL. I do want to go back with the kids though cuz we only went to the planetarium and not to the regular part of the museum. It was neat though!
