Not bad for an unplanned pic in the heat and humidity of a MN July. We were attending the Uptown Art Fair, hot and sticky! Just a few weeks before we had moved back to MN, the joy of being with family again is reflected in our happy faces. :goodvibes Maybe some day I will hire the photographer to do family pics.:)

Not bad at all for spur of the moment pictures! :goodvibes

Hi ladies!! I have some new seating arrangements for you for the Carnation Cafe dinner. Since Tracey was able to use her VIP tour connections to score another seating time for 10 people, we were able to condense the lists and we can now get rid of the two later seating times. (Mary Jo and Steph, thank you so much for making those, but you can cancel them now since we have the new larger PS)
This way we will all be fairly close timewise to eating together. I hope this new arrangement works for everyone. :) (Remember to make note of when you are eating and which table so you can check in a few minutes early)

Looks good to me! :thumbsup2

My DD would go nuts if I let her do that. I try not to let her touch my laptop.

You are a nice grandma.

well, he has to stimulate the economy somehow, doesn't he??????

(LOL--Not a slam against him--I voted for him--but find this whole merchandising thing hilarious--I loved the special things on QVC (and no, I didn't buy any!)

OMG, I am so annoyed. I've been online refreshing the page for that dumb hotel promo from the budget board. It's so frustrating! I said I wasn't going to get sucked into it again today and yet, here I sit. :sad2:

:rotfl: Awww, hang in there! You can do it! :grouphug:
I was 35 weeks when I delivered.
Just wait until afterward when you look at them, and all the "other stuff" and think, "All that was in me?!?!?!?!? Dang, no wonder I was so huge!!!!!!!!!!!" :rotfl:
Seriously, you will do that. lol

Are you going to be induced at some point or just go till you pop? :p Make sure your family and hubby are pampering you now!! You deserve and need it.

I was good until this weekend.. Suddenly, I cant move. I didnt even risk laying down on the couch yesterday... I was affraid I wouldnt be able to get off, and my husband was sleeping so I couldnt wake him!:rotfl2:

I am not sure about being induced or not. I WANT to just go until they decide to come on their own.. But at the same time.. I am so ready for them to come now. :rotfl2: I guess we will see when I hit 36 weeks.

My whole family has been outstanding. Even my little one is trying to be extra helpful around the house. I feel kinda bad for my husband.. He has rearranged, and done a massive deep cleaning on the whole house all by himself. AND he has to deal with me.. That cant be fun. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Yeah, once you hit 36 weeks, your outlook might change a lot. lol
That's so cute about your little one trying to be extra helpful. Your DH too. It's good you have that support.

You've got quite the adventure ahead of you, that's for sure! I'm glad you are keeping us updated. I can't wait to see some pics. :goodvibes

Afternoon all. Gosh when I think of you guys that I have twins I can't imagine and then I think of that lady that had the 8 and I just keel over. I can't even BEGIN to fathom!! WHOA!

I just had ONE that was almost 10 lbs and that almost killed me. I can't even imagine! I give you guys a LOT of credit!

Well I am back from my surgery class and that was, well interesting to say the least. Most of it was info for the people that are having inpatient surgeries but I DID get some helpful info I guess. I will just be glad when it is all done and over with! Of course then I came home and found out that my psychiatrist cancelled my apt for tomorrow so I was really bummed!

I am meeting with him to get my anxiety meds and now I have to wait yet ANOTHER 2 weeks. When I had my "issues" a few weeks ago the place I was at wouldn't prescribe me anything cuz I was out of the area and they recommended some meds but told me they wanted me to get stuff prescribed from whatever doc I was going to be seeing on a regular basis. So by the time I FINALLY get something it will be over a MONTH since I had everything happen. It is really ridiculous! But what else can I do. My insurance said it usually takes 2 or 3 MONTHS to get in to see the pyschiatrist which is really stupid since THEY are the ones that prescribe the meds!

But anyway so I wait again. But I met with my therapist next week so I will be interested to meet her and see how she is. I am hoping she is good and I like her. She works with the military and volunteers her time for 2 months a year and will be gone in April and May but she assured me that she will have someone fill in for her while she is gone so we shall see. I like that she doe that though because Shane is ex-military and that is cool that she volunteers her time!

But anyway so now I am home and we are about to go pick up the girls. And tonight my Heros is on again! I can't wait!!! Lot's of good tv in the next few weeks. I am going to be BUSY!

Plus we have Lynn's birthday on Saturday and our anniversary next weekend and then the girls have that whole following week off school so it should hopefully be fun! We decided to NOT go out on our actual anniversary but go out on the 15th instead to hopefully avoid some of the crowds.

We got a few gift certs to restaurants from shane coaching soccer so we are going to use one of those and then probably go see a movie. So it should hopefully be a nice night away from the kids. And then on that Monday (President's day) we hope to take the kids up to my parents place in Truckee and play in the snow. We WERE going to spend the night but I had to change my psych apt to that Tues so now we will have to come back that night. But it all depends on if there is any snow. If NOT then we may take them to the City (SF) for the day and go to the new museum.

So lots of fun stuff coming up.

Anyway off to pick up the girls. :)

Ugh, that lady with her 8 babies when she already had 6 she can't afford, just makes me mad. :sad2: I feel sorry for those kids.

But anyway, I'm glad you were able to get some useful info from your surgery class. :)

Kelly, I don't know what you're trying to get prescribed, but hubby was able to get Paxil prescribed by his family doctor. That's not recommended, and his doc wasn't happy with it (and urged counseling heavily, which at that time Robert ignored, and then he had such horrid reactions to the paxil he became even MORE depressed, suicidal actually, so that whole thing didn't work out but...) but that's who prescribed the drugs for him. You just sound so desperate.

Have you tried, as a stop-gap measure for something to help you, Rescue Remedy? It's a brilliant, homeopathic-like, remedy made from flower essences, and I swear it's a miracle. If I'd had that growing up my whole universe would have been different, as I have tremendous social anxiety (no one shake my hand when you meet me at the meet!) and used to end each and every day of school with a red and blotchy chest and face just from having to interact with people I'd known all of my school life....

It's worth a shot. Works on us, works on DS, even worked on our cat for 4th of July. Calms you right down.
