I am so mad at my dentist. I had some fillings done last week and one of them was hurting me so bad. I couldn't eat anything but "mushy" things. So I went in yesterday and basically when they filled it, they didn't file it down properly so I was pushing right on the filling with each bite.

Anyway, they filed it down and said it should be fine now, BUT that it might continue to hurt for another 1-2 weeks!! Ugh. I can't chew on one side because I have no teeth bottom molars there from the extractions and now the other side is sore and painful.

So I've got to check what meals I have planned and try to find things on the menu that I can actually chew. I'm not sure if I should keep my spot at Blue Bayou. I don't know what to order there that is soft. I wanted to eat there for the atmosphere, but if I can't eat what's the point.
Ugh, I'm so annoyed.

Make sure to bring ibuprofen or some other painkiller.

Oh no...

If you like portabello mushrooms, they are pretty soft. That and the couscous shouldn't be crunchy or hard to eat. And soup rather than salad.

But maybe dessert only would be best.

I am liking the dessert idea.

MOMMAu4 - you might want to buy some "sensitive" toothpaste. Maybe some pain relieving gel made for teeth as well. Just an idea.

I see another trip to Target in my future.

If you like mushrooms, try the portebello mushroom entree. I ate it last year when I went and will probably order it this year too. It was quite tasty as well as filling.

I also had the pleasure of buying feminine products for $10 at Coronado Springs when I was at the WDW ladies trip. I think there were 8 in the box. so, I would definitely pack some of those, regardless if it is that time. You just never know.

Thank God I just finished that time. I swear it's a Disney tradition for me to have AF visit during our vacation time.

Ok, so I have to share a secret. When I bought my shirts at WalMart I was very puffy from PMS and I hated how I looked in them, so I bought myself one of those lycra fitted tanks to go underneath to smooth out all the rolls. I swear they do wonders!

THANK YOU, DangerMouse! Great photo, terrific Tees. So you guys did an iron on transfer of pink on brown? It looks wonderful, I'm really liking that pink on brown thing. I've got a brown tee hiding somewhere in my closet.

Donna, my dh actually had the t-shirts professionally printed last year for the entire group. He was too busy to do anything like that this year, so we are all just doing iron-ons or Zazzle.

I was thinking that this trip is so special. I have so many new friends and old ones that I want to get to know better. I was planning on leaving Sunday afternoon, but after talking to DH & DD I am going to stay Sunday night, too! I REALLY want to have the Lobster Nachos and a cocktail at the Cove Bar Sunday. It has been on my list of things to do for three years, so I am doing it Sunday. And going to the fireworks that night, too. Then I will get up at 6 am Monday and drive to work. But, I need a favor from someone. My Entertainment Card expired two months ago. Can someone lend me theirs sometime during the trip so I can add Sunday night at the Ent Rate? Pretty Please?

I think the cell phone charger is smart thinking! I have it on my list...so hopefully I can remember it. It seems to be one of the things I usually forget. Probably because it hardly moves from the outlet is in plugged into.

For those of us who get upset tummies---maybe bring some pepto or immodium. When we were at WDW DH needed some desperately. We ended up buying some at POP for $9!

Oh dear. Well, here is a tip because it could help you in the future. We were at WDW three weeks ago and tried to buy some Immodium at a gift shop at Epcot. They sent us to First-Aid where they gave it to us for free. The nurses were so nice there, they gave us more for later even.

I can't say for sure that DL does the same, and it's always better to bring your own, but if you are ever stuck in WDW again, that's where to go.

California Adventure
First Aid Center is located near the ‘Mission Tortilla Factory’ in the Pacific Wharf area.

Downtown Disney
First Aid Center is located between ‘Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen’ and ‘Island Charters’.

I'm so glad you are staying! I have already loaned my card out. I'm not sure if the ent rate is still available though. It's not on the schedule anymore, but maybe Lorealle can work some Disney magic for you!

Callie, that's a good thought on the lycra tank tops. I can throw my zazzle shirt on if I have to, but it's like a turtleneck on me! Plus, if I'm in the back, my white shirt will still look white. You won't even see the Tink on it! We will see. If you all want to kick me out of the trip you can, but I warn ya...I'm persistant and hard to get rid of!

I also have an entertainment card somewhere that I can lend you. Unfortunately, I will only be able to stay Friday and Saturday nights and am wishing I could stay longer, but unfortunately this thing called work is getting in the way. I already am 3 days in debt for taking 10 days off earlier this month, so there's not much I can do. Oh well, it will still be fun!

I got my hair cut today. I've been growing it out forever, but always end up just wearing it pulled back in a baseball cap anyway, so I decided to hack it off in a short bob sort of cut. I needed a change. I think I like it well enough. I'm just glad to feel a little lighter and fresher.

My youngest DS (now 4!) has his birthday party tomorrow. So I'm just putting together the goody bags tonight and will have the party at a local crafts store and ice creamery. I'm just too tired to pull anything off at home.

Good news is I'm totally packed. Bad news is...wrong clothes...wrong trip. Ugh. I need to unpack and wash this weekend so I can get ready for next weekend's trip! Also need to wash that Tink shirt in cold (and no dryer) to see if I can get that thing so it's not so darn itchy.

Oh, and I still haven't worked out my work conflict on Friday. I going to miss my flight due to a staff meeting, so am going to have to go standby for an earlier flight and if that doesn't work out will need to do a later flight. I'm sure the world would not end if I missed the meeting, but unfortunately, I don't have the day off. I've got on with standby with Jet Blue before, so I'm very hopeful this will work out swimmingly.

Can't wait to meet everyone! Everyone needs to wear their lanyards with their names and DISboard names all weekend to help me keep track of names and faces. I'm so bad at keeping track of who's who (can't hardly keep my kids straight).

Everyone must wear their Tink shirt for the group Pix. Mine is tight, too, but I'm wearing it anyway. After that, who cares. Ha!

They have ibuprofen, acetominophen, and aspirin! Well, they are supposed to. I got the last ibu when I needed it once. At the DCA center, at least.

They also make fabulous ice packs. So fabulous I actually hope I get a headache or hurt my ankle, b/c those ice packs are so amazing.

But I don't know about stomach medicine.

Try to talk to Lorealle. I remember Beth saying that they said they would change everyone over without needing to call... So it might already be done! I'll be getting in at some point in the morning...my flight gets in at 8:30ish and my lovely and wonderful moderator/driver will have me there however long it takes to get from LAX!

I just wanted to let you know that have a small memento for each DL Diva as a keepsake from the trip. It's something tiny that scrapbookers might especially enjoy. Be sure to get one from me sometime during the weekend.
