Is anyone going to be using the jacuzzi at HoJos?

I better go find a suitable bathing suit if I plan on doing that. My old is WORN out.
:scared1: No way is this bod going in a bathing suit!! :scared: :rotfl:

Hmmmm, maybe I could wear my sheet in there.......:confused3

So what does everyone think?

6:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m.?

We are meeting, by the way, in the Wonder D Conference room in the Wonder Tower at the Disneyland Hotel (the model suite is just across the way from the Wonder Tower).
Honestly, I'd keep it at 7. We have lots of people to get seated at CC and then order, eat, pay and walk all the way to the hotel. I don't want to rush it.
Oh, and I updated the schedule to show the new meeting place.

Oh boy, I was able to rearrange things and I'll stay for the pizza party! An excuse to eat pizza! (everyone knows there are no calories if you didn't order it, right?).
That's great news!! Glad you can join us.
And note to self: Never order pizza again. Make hubby do it so it has no calories for me. :thumbsup2

Michelle, You are SuPeRCaLaFrAgALiStIcXpEaLiDoCiOuS!:wizard:

I was just thinking how nice it would be to soak in the hot water after walking all day; I know my back & feet will be killing me.

I did last year and plan to this year too! I met this really nice couple from Australia that were going to a family members wedding in Las Vegas and were visiting Disneyland along the way. It was really neat comparing things here vs. things where they lived. And I loved their accents!

My oldest son loves people with accents. When we were in WDW at our timeshare, he befriend so many people. Mostly because he just wanted to listen to them talk.

How cute.

I like men with accents. I could listen to Anthony Hopkins, Jeremy Irons, or Hugh Jackman recite the phone book and be totally swooning the whole time.

It's ok Beth, I usually wear a pretty conservative bathing suit and board shorts. That's the only way I get into the pool!

How did you guys do that? HOW many pages have you torn through????

I spent yesterday dealing with insurance financial figurings, trying to get people to bill us (anyone else see NDs? anyone else have problems with them actually sending bills for appointments not covered by insurance???? love them, but they can be so flaky with the money part of it!), etc etc and so on and so forth...and that's whatcha do.

I've made the decision I'm not trying to catch up, so I read page 110 and 111 and that's it.

Cheryl I got an email from him, but then I often do anyway, but this time it said something like "because you're a friend of a member" instead of "because you took the tour with us". :) And they only offered a THREE day DCL cruise for buying the minimum! You lucky duck!

I'm having reality problems, b/c I cannot believe the trip is so close. I haven't even picked up my white shirt from the dry cleaners (I had them iron on Tink b/c I don't have an iron or ironing board, it turns out...where did they go?).

Anyone out there ever know anything intuitively? I've misplaced some pictures and it's driving me batty. They were pictures I had printed for Eamon's autograph/picture book, with him and various characters. Where did they go? Augh.

I'm seeing something. It's a couch. It's....hmmm, patterned in some way. Floral perhaps. It's hard to make out. And a fireplace near by. With brick around it. Check in that area for the pics.

Oh wait.

Hang on.

Never mind.
That's the couch in my Grandma's old house. Sorry. Carry on. Nothing to read here. :rolleyes1

(lol, sorry, good luck with finding the pics! I hate misplacing things)

awww....Hugh Jackman :lovestruc his voice...I would listen to any & all nonsense that came out of his mouth!!!!!

Oh and Jeffery Dean Morgan..I loved him in P.S. I Love You.

I told him to have the room ready at 6:45 but the "presentation" part wouldn't start until 7 p.m.

I oftentimes am more attracted by a man's voice than a man's looks.
My first big crush was Charlie Tuna (the radio disc jockey, not the fish)

WHAT'S AN ND?

I BOUGHT MORE THAN THE MINIMUM, WHICH IS WHY I GOT 7 DAYS. I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE THREE-DAY CRUISE IF I BOUGHT THE MINIMUM TOO

I'M THINKING POLTERGEIST

Anyone out there ever know anything intuitively? I've misplaced some pictures and it's driving me batty. They were pictures I had printed for Eamon's autograph/picture book, with him and various characters. Where did they go? Augh.

SEE? POLTERGEIST, DEFINITELY!

Spoke to Jim the guide and he apologized for anyone who got calls and said he's put a stop to them. He also wanted to know what kinds of goodies he should order and I told him we were going to CC first, so hors d'ouvres-y thingies would be good and something sweet was always appreciated . . .

First, one week from today I'll be Ariel's having lunch with some of my DisDivas girlfriends :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

And second, my meeting next Thursday got postponed, so I can get to DLR even earlier!!!!!

(and Linda--I told my client about the earlier post and he laughed. He said "that's what we love about you--here you're in your 50's but you still act like you're in college . . . .. ")

Heyyyyyyyy I just got a VALENTINE!!!
aaahh it's so cute!!
Thank You, Miss CheryL
You are so thoughtful:hug:
i Love those red lolipops..they always make me happy:lovestruc

I just got called into a meeting with the head of our team for the same time I'm supposed to be on my flight to Long Beach next Friday. You see, I didn't officially get the day off and I'm just trying to sneak out early. I've got to figure something out and suspect I will be doing stand by on Jet Blue for earlier or later flights in the day. Please send pixie dust that these logistics will all somehow work out swimmingly.

Also, went shopping today and picked up two extra inexpensive tiaras. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will bring it to you at the PFF.

And Cheryl...how did those DVC plans work out? Sounds like you're headed for a cruise? When? Woohoo!

Ok gals, I just talked to my guide and he is going to stop the phone calls. Sorry about that.

He also said that a mailing did go out from him. Now here's the dilemma--he set the tour for 6 p.m. (but we can move the time back). I had originally thought 7:30 p.m. when some of our Carnation Cafe ressies were later, but now that they're all starting no later than 4:30 p.m. I think it would be better to have the tour earlier (to give us more time to Napa Rose/Blue Bayou, ride rides in the evening, etc.) However, I think 6 p.m. is pushing it because we may not get seated exactly at 4:30 and we need time to eat/get served etc. So what does everyone think?

6:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m.?

We are meeting, by the way, in the Wonder D Conference room in the Wonder Tower at the Disneyland Hotel (the model suite is just across the way from the Wonder Tower).

Let me know what everyone thinks about the timing issue and I'll get it changed.

Thanks!

Hi Gals,
Cheryl, my only concern is that the VIP ladies have reservations for the last Aladdin show, which I believe is 5:45. I don't know how many of them are going to both, but I and my friend Terri are signed up. The show will be over at 6:30 or 6:45, depending on if they get started on time. But...I am not sure if we will be able to make it to DLH by 7? But we probably wouldn't be too late.

I would be interested. I have yet to find one.

No prob--I'm sure there will be several minutes of chatting and talking and eating--we'll wait for anyone coming from that group.

Jen: I'll tell you the DVC saga when I see you. However, I end up with a 7-day cruise out of the deal, just not sure when exactly yet!

College? Ariel's cafe? Naming crocs after Disney characters? I think college may be a stretch. ;)

OK, except for we do have a patterned couch in front of a fireplace...more of a marble rather than a brick, but still. That was kind of freaky. Especially since that's where I'm sitting right now, and things get sucked under the cushions all the time and the packet of pictures could very well be hiding there.

I'm scared!

Cheryl..."I BOUGHT MORE THAN THE MINIMUM"...good gravy, woman! Hey, wanna rent me somma those points? :goodvibes (yeah, you JUST bought them, I'm sure you want to NOT use them...:rotfl: ) ND = naturopathic doctor. Got ahold of the more recent ND...turns out their billing person got really behind. Wonder if they share billing people with our chiro, who managed to miss billing insurance for 4 visits *in between other visits*. :headache:

Back to figuring out if we want a PPO or another high deductible plan for next year, and how much to toss into our flexible spending account...I'm sure it'll be PPO b/c we actually never finished up our deductible this year, well, unless someone hurts themselves or gets even sicker before the end of March!
