Well TGIF I say! Love all the convos! You guys have me crackin up as usual!

Laurie I agree with you about the hot comment. I am hot but not that kind of hot. Some of us are just hot from our age (hormonaly) and from the weather LOL.

So what does everyone have planned for the weekend? I have to go help decorate our lovely girl scout float tonight but then hopefully we are going to see star trek so I am excited about that. Then tomorrow is the parade and tomorrow night we are going to go out to eat with mom and dad. Then on Sunday we are going to church and I guess it is survivor finale night. It is also Extreme Home Makeover finale so I guess I will be tivoing it.

Yesterday I just worked around here and then last night we had swim again. I fell asleep on the couch so we just grabbed a pizza and ate it at the pool. That was the first time we did that but I think we are going to have to start doing that more cuz starting monday we have to go a half hour earlier. It is going to get hard to eat BEFORE we go to swim. I am glad though in a way cuz then the girls can get to church earlier on Wednesdays.

Anyway I have work today too but hopefully it won't be too bad. Glad it is almost the weekend.

Looking forward to next weekend!! I told Shane I really hope that we can have the whole weekend to ourselves and that he doesn't have to work or anything because the following weekend we have our first meet and then we have meets pretty much every weekend the rest of the summer. We are hoping to go see Terminator one of those days and I am not sure what else but just relax and enjoy the weekend. Then on the 29th that is Shane's actual birthday we will celebrate both our birthdays together since my birthday is the 3rd and it is a weekday AND we have a bunch of stuff going on that day. SOOO that is what we have going on in the next few weeks. Busy busy but hopefully some fun stuff.

I have been taking to baseball with all sorts of snacks & water in it!

It was a Saturday Night Live skit where they had a radio cooking show of sorts. Alec Baldwin came on and was talking about his holiday treats. The were Christmas Balls. His last name was Schwetty, so it was an old family recipe. No one could resist his Schewetty balls. They are so warm and moist. You tube it. Its hilarious.

Bella is a cutie!

I haven't watched SNL in forever.
But then again, I am never home on Saturday nights, usually.

Tonight my aunt is having a birthday dinner for Kaeleb, its just a little late, but between soccer/baseball and our work schedules this is the first time we have all been available to have dinner.
Sunday is Sunday BBQ.
Saturday night Amanda & I might go out. If she can find a sitter.

Baseball went by super fast last night. Our team 10 runned them so we were done by 7:20.

I haven't watched SNL in forever.
But then again, I am never home on Saturday nights, usually.

I usually don't watch SNL anymore, simply because I can't stay up that late!
But I DVR'd it last week. Justin Timberlake was host, and he was hilarious! I loved the digital short with Andy Samburg and the skit leading up to it.

I don't have any jobs today, so I'm taking my mom shopping. She turned her ankle and fractured her foot on Easter, so she is one miserable lady in a boot cast! She is very active and independant, and is hating it that she can't drive. My parents are going to the Grand Canyon and Vegas in at the first of June, so she wants to get some new shorts and such. The doc assures her that she will be fine in time for her trip, and we have our fingers crossed!

I hope everybody is having a great Friday so far! I'll check in later.

I broke with with Chase because he was too needy and clingy for me. I had only dated him a month and he was already complaining he didn't see me enough. I see him 3 times a week, and to me that's a lot to see a guy for only knowing him a month! He wasn't very interesting either. My events are always entertaining and amusing (at least to me they are) and his consisted of going to his friend's hockey game and playing pool. BORING! I enjoy doing different and new things and he prefers to stay at home. Plus there wasn't any fireworks when I was around him; it felt more like a chore to hang out with the kid.

I am extremely picky with who I keep around, ask my mom. Hence why she jokes to everyone I have the wedding planned, just missing the groom.

So in keeping with the theme lately, guess what I am doing today?


Making cake balls. Ruben liked the recipe and wanted to try them so without even telling me, he swiped the recipe I printed out, went to the store last night and bought all the ingredients. I saw all the stuff when he got home and was like, "ok, guess I'm making balls tomorrow!"
Hopefully they turn out and I don't muck 'em up somehow.

I'm listening now. Sounds like the DISUnplugged team is organizing a DL Back Stage Magic Tour for DISers June 15, 2009. Some in the area might want to join on it. Also, this tour supposed to be open to groups (not individuals) in the future. Maybe something that the DIS Divas group could do next year? I know nothing more than what was on the DisUnplugged recording, but sounds interesting!
