Gifting the Concierge Phone Staff?

We’re taking our first cruise soon and splurged for concierge. There’s been a specific staff member on disneys concierge phone line that has been extremely helpful. I’ve called and asked for them more than once. They understood our needs as a family with kids on the spectrum and were able to answer every little question I’ve asked. I’d love to be able to reward them in some regard. Is sending gifts a possibility? I offered a survey but they said disney doesn’t seem to be doing them for the concierge line lately.

Best thing is to write an email with a compliment. That will be directed to those who need to see it and a copy will be placed in their file. That goes a lot further to help them than any gifts. while the idea of gifts is nice, those don't go on their personnel file for promotions and such.

Good advice above. Also be aware that the people you have talked to on the phone are not the people you will see on board. Disney has a shore-side staff that handles requests before sailing.
