Gift wrapping and/or wrapping paper in the World?

My daughter's birthday falls on the third day of the trip. Although the trip *is* the present and we will be opening gifts from relatives, etc. before we leave we do want to have a few items for her to open on her actual birthday. I will bring a couple small, easily packable items from home but there are few things I'd like to get at WDW so I'm planning to head over to World of Disney our first afternoon. Is there either gift wrapping services, or even a birthday section with gift wrapping and stuff? Or should I just pack my own wrapping stuff?

We were there last xmas and I decided to buy my gifts at DTD and then wrap them in the hotel room. I couldn't find any wrapping paper or ribbon anywhere. I had to settle with the gift boxes from the World of Disney. I'm sure you probably could take a taxi to the grocery store right outside WDW or maybe make a grocery stop when you arrive.

We were just there for my daughter's b-day (9/2) -- no wrapping paper in site... so definitely bring your own.

So glad I asked and that you answered! I'll add that to my massive Target shopping list.

Thanks for the information. I, too, was wondering the same thing. I'll have to bring some with us :(

I would bring some along considering the price and convenience of looking for it at WDW.

Remember not to wrap anything your are bringing in checked/carry on luggage if your flying. It will have to be opened per TSA regulations.
