gift cards

I'm sure this question has been asked quite a few times but I have a bunch of Disney gift cards I got from target with my red card how can I combine them?

disney gift card .com- it's great and easy to add them one at a time,basically combine the balances onto one card. you can have up to 5 cards in your account, and if you want to keep the balance between the cards,keep track of which ones are your 'use' cards,and which ones are your 'drained' cards.... I put various cards onto a gc for each of us to use while there...
