Gift basket surprise

Hi all,

Tried my search function and it isn't working for me (ever the pesky little thing, isn't it?!). We have two friends going down in Feb. for a post-wedding, pre-honeymoon getaway. DH and I want to surprise them with an in-room gift basket when they get there. Just curious - who is everyone using these days? Peggy's not in business anymore, correct? I know there's the Disney Florist, but is there anyone else still doing gift baskets??

I would love to know the answer too. I thought I read somewhere that you could order balloons through Disney-anyone done this? About how much$ ?

I have only heard of Disney Florist, but I wanted to mention that I believe I read on Disney site that there are no balloons allowed at AKL... just in case that is where you plan to stay.

We used Betsy to suprise my daughter with a Tinkerbell basket. She did a great job. Not exactly sure what you are looking for.

Go with Betsy at memoriesbybetsy.com. I sware by her now! Disney Florist can do a WHOLE lot more but remember you'll be paying for it. Just a bouquet of balloons can cost $55+. Too overpriced for me after already spending several thousands of dollars.

I too recommend Betsy - a joy to work with and such a professional!! My father still doesn't know his "1st Visit" basket we organised in December 08 for him, was from me and DFB - he thinks it was Disney magic and we left it like that!!
