I hope it's a dream. I love Jim and Melinda's relationship. She needs to have SOMETHING to hold on to after dealing with all the death. I will be sooo pissed if he's dead. I doubt they'd make him die. If he does they'll be "jumping the shark" and won't be back for another season.

I knew one of my fellow control freak worry warts watched Ghost Whisperer but I couldn't remember who!

Don't you just hate that? And you know when you watch the episode that it just happened. Why can' the producers & writers see it? Are they so insulated in their offices, they can no longer tell when something is a bad story?

I think she is talking about the VERY STUPID rumor (Please let it be a rumor) that Jim will take over another persons body so he doesn't have to cross over and then she can be with the new body. Her husband will then be played by this new actor. Something about a guy named SAM.

If you click on the link I posted go to the bottom and read all the posts from those diehards. That's where I read it.

So there is a show this Friday the 14th?
I read the show titled Heart and Soul is on Nov 21st and thought there was no show on this week.

I hate when the show is pre-empted, or a re-run. I don't know if I can watch if Jim is gone. Especially when they decided on the try for a baby.
Gee, if Melinda is pregnant, they could have a soulfull Daddy attached to the baby

I truely hope the show gets better, not have Jim gone.

I like this show, and I normally watch it every week. I missed last weeks episode. What can I say, it was Halloween, I know, I know, should have taped it. Anyway, I like repeats, that way I can get back to speed on the goings on at Grand View. If I think that I might miss an episode, I will tape it. But, if I think I might not, but then do, it is a bit annoying. But then again, thank goodness for re-runs.

I read something from the producers on Nov 1, after the killing of Jim. I can't remember where I saw it, but it said something to the effect that they know how much the audience loves Jim and everything is not always as it seems and to keep watching. But Melinda is clearly telling him in this week's episode that he needs to crossover, if he wasn't dead he wouldn't be crossing over.

The guy playing Sam played on Jericho if anyone watched that. Not interested in him at all. I will watch Friday and see what happens but I think, as someone else posted, my time in Grandview may be limited. Having a ghost husband is not sexy or romantic, it's tragic, I don't know what in the world they were thinking. Also not loving Eli, they are squandering the talent they have and adding people that don't add to the show. This was once my favorite show

Well, even though most of us don't like the storyline, it looks like the writers/producers are assured of a big audience tonight, probably drawing in people who haven't watched in awhile, just to see the outcome.

Maybe she'll be pregnant and the baby will be a little tiny David Conrad. They'll superimpose his head on a baby's body.

If it turns out Jim doesn't die & he sticks around till next season, assuming they get picked up for another season, David Conrad would certainly be able to re-negotiate for a better contract, considering how many of us wouldn't watch if he's gone.

They are getting rid of the best characters on this show. I am not crazy about Eli at all, and will not watch without Jim.
