Hi I am new to this forum but wanted to let you know about a few videos
I created to analyze the Ghost Hunters Jacket Tugging incident.

I am a professional VFX artist living and working in LA. I have over 10 years
experience in feature film.

I have been a long time fan of GH and was upset about the Halloween
show. I believe the videos I have created show conclusively that Grant
Hoaxed the event.

I am saddened by it but I came to no other conclusion.

Please watch and spread the word for me about the videos.

The first one is the clencher in my mind.

It shows 3 things:

1 Grants collar fabric was the only part of his coat that moved and it was pulled down and not back

2 Grant's coat did not move in any way and could not have felt the tug. No force was applied to his jacket

3 Since 1 and 2 are true statements you MUST conclude that
Grant hoaxed the jacket pulls and pantomimed the action of being pulled
or held from moving forward

I see what you mean it pulls down not back and the fact that it seemed like his hand that was in his pocket was pulling down at the same time......oh boy very disappointed.

Ok did anybody else think that voice on the first investigation sound recorded?
at playback it sounded...well just loud but at the investigation it sound like a recording.....anybody else think that or am I alone here

i still think an hour at the first place would have been better than just half the show, but hey thats just me~

I'm watching the show with different eyes now. Did it sound recorded?yeah a little but not as much as the Halloween Show. I did think it was funny that Jason took his hat off afterwards!

I missed the second part, had to go into work for an hour to test out a new download into the computers to make sure they would work ok this morning. Thought I'd be able to see a rerun but there was none last night

I wish the Dis'r who posted the evidence on youtube would do that every week. Now I doubt everything that the show does.

I am very disappointed with Ghost Hunters now. Its seems they lost their way.

The ironic thing is that many were unhappy with Ghost Hunters International because almost nothing happened on that show. That does seem more realistic.

Has anyone gone to the Ghosthunters website? I'm wondering if the guys have addressed the videos. I also wonder how many were in on the faking (if in fact it was faked). I won't watch the link due to a slow computer but I do wonder about someone who has no posts popping up here to link it.

OK, I'm digging around on the TAPS forums and it looks like Kris is gone but will still show up in a few previously filmed episodes. They don't know details but it apparently had something to do with contractual issues.

They also posted a sticky saying that insults of Kris would not be tolerated. Wow.

Odd.... The forum has threads for each episode. The Halloween Live thread was removed and the forum PTB posted this:

Until it returns, do not, and I repeat, DO NOT start a new thread. Do not begin discussing this episode in another thread. DOing so will result in a warning and quite possibly an instant banning.

It sounds like it likely became a war zone. I intend to keep checking for its return and any other info.

Now I'll quit spamming. I just believe that the other side deserves to be heard too. If they never address it or don't explain it to my satisfaction then that's that. I'll at least have GHI and Ghost Adventures (kind of silly but I love it anyway!)

I'm still watching, I like the show, plain and simple. Do I have questions now, yep but I still like it & the cast so I will still be tuning in every wednesday.

and as far all the bad post,(on sci fi) I am sure that all nay' sayers will be coming out of the woodwork (if they havent already) so I take it for what its worth.
I dont personally think that the Halloween show was all on the up & up but some folks just want to see them fail.

I didn't even watch last night. I don't think I'll be watching anymore either. If the guys came out and said Sci-Fi made them do it for ratings, things would be different.



I'll still be posting on this thread though, I do like to hear the personal ghost stories from everyone.

Check out Ghost Adventures if you haven't. That show is just plain fun IMO.

I think that the TAPS guys need to come out and come clean. I don't know how people will react but I don't see any other option. I honestly believe that they were at least on the up and up at one time if not now.

I do think things were set up in the Halloween show and they should probably fess up to it. If Sci-Fi made them do they might not be able to though due to their contract. I can see them being told they need to have "evidence" ready in case they didn't get anything. How bad would it be to have a huge live show and then have nothing show up..everyone would be complaining about how boring it was.

So I watch, but it will just be with semi-jaded eyes now.

GA cracks me up. They all act so brave and if something happens they get scared to death...and the constant "dude!" is funny.
