Adorable picture! I'm going to this is December but DS doesn't know it:laughing: And I'm not telling him. He can do something Mom wants to do too.

there was a thread on the review board a month or so ago with some really great pictures

How could I have totally forgotten about this! I think this would be a perfect thing for me and my son to do on one of the days that we are there by ourselves. I'm definitely making an ADR for that! Since he's my only child, I'm thankful that he appreciates a good tea party despite being a boy (I think it's all the snacks!)

Wait.. I am completely clueless here once again..

I called right after I heard about the GF Tea, and asked a CM @ the Disney Dining number if I needed ADRs for the Tea, and she said no. Is that not correct?

And by any chance would that count on the DDP?

You should make an ADR for the regular afternoon tea.

My DS10 likes the tea, he has the "Mrs. Potts" which is hot chocolate and pbj crustless little sandwiches.

Oh my heavens, but that's beautiful! I recognize cheese (but I don't know what kind...), bread, fruit and that's it.. what's the other stuff?

My but that's lovely china. I'm so excited to go! :yay:

There is a full menu posted at allears. This is just one of several different food choices.

Unfortunately it doesn't. I so wish it did. :guilty: BUT, my friend and I are still doing it - if I can somehow work it in around all that other food. :) I definitely want to do the Grand Tea. :cutie:

We have made GF Afternoon Tea a must do on every trip. everyone really enjoys the time spent as a family there. Of course, we are big tea drinkers at home too so even my DD5 & DD2 enjoy a good cup of tea, and yes, they actually drink hot tea not the chocolate milk.

As for the food on the plate: it had pate en croute, terrine of duck and pistachio, macerated berries, candied walnuts, stilton cheese and it also came with a glass of champagne which I had switched for sparkling apple juice.

:thumbsup2
