DAY SIX-Friday
We got up at about 8, quickly got ready, and went down to concierge breakfast. Sickly was doing better than ever! He is really funny and jokes a lot and so thats just what he was doing. And, he actually ate breakfast! I knew it was going to be a good day. We were both in a really fun mood laughing and having a good time being silly. We walked up to the bus stop just as the downtown Disney bus was pulling up. It WAS going to be a good day, how lucky are we! We goofed off on the bus and it was so nice to have fun! (I know I keep saying that but its true!) we get off at DTD and it had just opened so there were not many ppl there. They still had some Christmas stuff up so we took a couple pics
The first shop we came to was the Christmas shop. I was very excited about this b/c I grew up w/ a family obsessed with Christmas. We get a Christmas ornament wherever we go, vacations, etc. etc. and we have a 12 and ½ foot tree so there is plenty of room. So of course, I had to get a Disney/honeymoon ornament. I figured they wouldnt have homeymoon ornaments so I was going to get a wedding one. Also, I had saved all my shopping until this day and had just browsed all week. I had a
AAA diamond card and wanted to save 10% at the world of Disney. I saw a couple ornaments I liked but said we would come back. I wanted to get some gifts for our furbaby, sassy.

I got her a pink princess shirt and a collar with a bling bling S on it. As we were walking out, we saw an old man in a booth making name sign things and there was a squirrel sitting on the ledge next to him taking peanuts out of his hand and eating them. He was very tame. SO of course, squirrel obsessed sickly had to take a picture and play with him.
It was cute. We then headed over to world of Disney to look around, I was going to come back after lunch and actually buy things. I saw so many cute things, that store is SO BIG! I could have stayed for hours but I always feel bad shopping with sickly b/c he will just sit in a corner and wait. So I did some fast browsing and we went to go eat.
We didnt have reservations but we walked in captain Jacks and the girl said they were not open yet. It was 10:50, we hadnt even realized what time it was, we are usually never up early so we just figured it was lunch time since we were hungry. We sat outside in the sun for a few minutes and went back in. it was very empty, only about 3 other famailes in there. I must say I was not very impressed. Everything looked kinda
dirty. I dont know, I just definitely didnt get any kind of happy Disney feeling.
Sickly was hungry, but still not eating up to his full potential I am picky, so of course none of the appetizers interested me, so sickly got to pick both. Clam chowder and spinach artichoke dip. He said the chowder was awesome and gave a B to the dip. He ordered pasta in lobster sauce, and I got alfredo pasta with chicken. It was
.ok. sickly said the lobster sauce tasted like cheese and he gave it a C. my pasta was just
pasta
kinda like you get at chilis or applebees. Not great just food. I got some chocolate cake brownie thing with ice cream for dessert that was really good, but other than that the meal was kinda disappointing, and once again sickly felt awful about wasting his food b/c he couldnt finish it like he normally would.

After that, we walked back to the world of Disney and I bought some cute plates and bowls and a couple shirts, a photo album, and
.I cant remember. that may have been it. Then we walked over to the
lego stuff and just kinda relaxed, walked around, and headed back to the front.

We went back into the Christmas shop and I still couldnt decide. Then we saw the station where the lady paints ornaments and there were some hooked to this rack and one was white shaped Mickey head and had hearts and said Disney honeymoon 2007 and I said thats it! we made sure it wasnt for someone else and we bought it. I was really excited about it, how cool that one was already done and we didnt have to ask her to paint one. We decided there wasnt much else to do so we waited for a bus and headed back to the GF. There was no one else but like 2 ppl on the bus so we goofed off and had a good time. This was the best day yet, and it was only 1:00!
