GF POOL CABANAS

Has anyone recently rented a pool cabana at GF? I have an upcoming stay in March with my sister and a couple of our cousins and we are thinking about renting a cabana for 1/2 day. I haven't rented a cabana in 10 years, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any recent experiences to share and any info on current pricing?

You could rent Disney resort cabanas 1/2 days pre-Covid but when things reopened they moved to full day only bookings. I’m fairly certain (although not 100% certain) that is still the case as I haven’t seen a report otherwise. It’s been a bit since I’ve rented one at GF so I’ll let others with more recent experience chime in with specific GF experiences.

I haven't rented one since 2021, however I did try for one this past November and was unable to secure it for the date we needed. At that time, they were still only offering full day rentals though (I did ask.) Definitely pricier for a full day (if you're DVC you can get a discount) and I'd have preferred a half day - however still totally worth the splurge for us. I'll be trying to get one again this year for our trip.
