Lodge concierge rooms just refers to all the rooms in the Sugar Loaf Lodge. Most of the rooms do sleep five although we've had an accessible room that sleeps only four as it had a love seat rather than a daybed.
Lodge tower rooms refer to the rooms in some of the lodges that have a semicircular bank of windows. That area is a seating area with a couch. Don't remember if it's a sleeper sofa or not. If it is then it would sleep five. Otherwise it would be four. Check out Calsifornia Dreaming FAQ under resort FAQs at the top of the board.
