In particular, from Bay lake Tower to Universal. We will have a car but having driven several times in the past from WDW to Universal and then parking, I'm not anxious to do it again. Especially returning to WDW after a heavy lunch/dinner at Universal.

Is there some sort of shuttle, etc?? Or is it just cab??

Mears offers a roundtrip shuttle service that I think is about $21 per person. Cabs run $40-50 plus tip each way. Uber likely would be less than a cab. So for 2-3 people the shuttle might be a little better cost wise. With four it's probably a wash, and with five or more a cab or Uber starts to look better. Cab or Uber would give you a lot more control over timing and almost certainly will be more efficient, as the Mears shuttle will make stops at other resorts both ways.

I've never found anything difficult about the drive. I'd just use the car you have. Maybe find a different route of you don't like the one you've taken.

UberX is about $18, barring Surge. Tips are not required, but welcomed.
