An someone help me. We made early reservations at Ohanas at the Polynesian, and we're wondering what is that fastest way to get there from the value resorts. and if a cab is required does any one know the cost?

I read somewhere that buses start running from the resorts to the parks at 6:30 and not just an hour before the parks open like most of the WDW's information says. Does anyone know if this is true? If it is, I figure that's the best way to get from my resort (also a Value - AoA) to MK and then to the Poly.

If it's true that the buses start that early, that would be pretty great. Right now, we have a 9am breakfast scheduled at 'Ohana (at the Poly). However, if I could move that up and be at MK for rope drop at 9am instead, that would be pretty great.

We're relying on WDW transportation for our entire stay and probably wouldn't want to deal with getting a cab.

We always have a Crystal Palace at MK reservation for 8amish. The resort bus always gets us there, so the buses do start running kinda early. I think we usually grab a bus between 7-7:15.

Hmm...I went ahead and grabbed the only other reservation (7:30am), so I'll work on figuring out if that's how it works for sure. Anyone else know?

We have never had problems getting to breakfast when we've made an early ADR. We told the front desk once that we had a 7:30 at Chef Mickey's and they assured us that the bus would be on time to get us there. We were planning on riding the bus to MK and then catching the monorail to the Contemporary but once our bus driver knew were we were going (we were the only ones on the bus LOL) he just drove us to the Contemporary LOL.

Ha! That's fantastic! Maybe we'll be that lucky.

Cabs are always quicker than using Disney transportation to get to your breakfasts. No having to show up at the bus stop 30 minutes before you want to, in case you just missed a bus. No having to mess around transferring at a park. Just hop in the cab and go directly to your ADR.

You can get pretty much anywhere on Disney property for around $20. I wouldn't not use a cab for my breakfast ADRs anymore! That money is written right into my budget.:)

Just got back and had no problem getting to the breakfast. Buses start at all resorts at 7:00 AM. To it to the magic Kigdom, and mono railed it to Polynesion. Got there in 20 minutes, 10 to spare! Thanks for all the ideas.
