Getting to Cape May

I was trying to think of the easiest way to get to Cape May from Pop Century for the Breakfast there. So I came up with this plan that we would walk from Epcot to BC (walking a bit is cool) but I came up with a problem: The international gateway is in WS and WS never opens before 11 the time of year we are going. Would walking to BC work if WS is closed? If not does anyone have a good solution on getting there for breakfast? Last time we tried to walk from MGM and it wasn't a bad walk (like I said it doesn't bother us) but it is time consuming and I like to get Breakfast seatings kind of early.

The International Gateway opens the same time as Epcot opens, not when World Showcase opens. That so people staying at the Yacht & Beach Club, Swan and Dolphin, and Boardwalk can walk (or boat) to Epcot via the International Gateway.

We were staying at Beach Club Villas and used the International Gateway during Epcot morning EMH.

What about taking the bus to the Studios and then walking/friendship boat to BC? I think that may be a safer option.

I-4 east to I-95 north for about 850 miles, then I-76 east to the Atlantic City Expressway, then the Garden State Parkway south for another 38 miles and, presto! ... you're in Cape May. Lotsa good breakfast places there.

Yes, you can get through. Basically, you'll walk through a closed up Canada and United Kingdom to get to IG if it's before 11am.

We had an early ADR at Cape May (9:00). We took the bus to MGM then took the boat over to the Beach Club. It was a nice way to start the morning.
