Getting to Beaches 'n Cream

I've heard so many great things about Beaches 'n Cream and we'll be at WDW from 9/17 - 9/23 and want to try it.. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's possible to walk to Beaches 'n Cream from the Boardwalk and if so, what's the best way to get there? Thanks!

Very easy and nice walk from the Boardwalk.

I should have mentioned that you can take a boat across the lake but I find walking is quicker.

Yes, you can walk to B&C from the BW; however, it would probably be easier to hop on the boat from BW to the BC/YC. If you wanted to walk, just head towards Epcot and when you cross the bridge take a left to head towards the Beach Club. B&C is over there near SAB.

Or depending on where you are on the BW, you could head towards the Dance Hall, then go across the bridge that goes to the right... then make your way past the YC toward SAB.

As others have said, it's a very easy walk to Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club resort - at least, it's a very easy walk to the Beach Club Resort, and then you need to find Beaches and Cream. We found it difficult to find the first time we were there.

We get to it by going into the lobby entrance (the entrance that faces Boardwalk Villas across the lake), then once inside, turn Left so you're facing the Cape May Cafe - then walk towards the Cafe, and turn left at the entrance of Cape May and walk all the way around it to your right (until you can't go any further.

Then go outside through the glass doors, and walk on the sidewalk closest to the hotel building - you'll find Beaches and Cream along that sidewalk, next to the arcade.

Wow, thanks for the very specific directions JillU - i'm going to print those out and take them with us so i can use them when we're there. nothing like not knowing where i'm going and getting lost when DBF wants ice cream, or food in general for that matter! LOL these will definitely come in very handy!!
