Getting thru WDW-DINE menus fast?

Our 90 day date is Friday. I made a call tonight to check on some restatuant times for planning ADRs and had about 10 different menu options to go though. I'm assuming there is a way to bypass these.

The ones I remember hearing were:

1) V&As - 2, Other - 1

2) On-site within next 7 days - 1, More than 7 days out - 2

3) Enter reservation# or home phone

4) Have you visited more than 4 times since 98

It took me about a minute to go through all of these before I got into the call queue. There has to be a shortcut.

Have visited WDW more than 4 times with 1 visit since 1998 is the wording.

I don't know of a quicker means to get through. I have read of an 800 number to dining, but have never used it. I don't know if the que is quicker.

I have called each day, looking for Fantasmic dinner reservations at Mama Melrose's for a November visit. So far, no luck for any times for a table of 4 on the date I need.
