Getting Sign Up Bonus Points Again?

I know with my Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Card I can get sign up bonus points again after two years if I close the account and reopen a new one. Are all Chase rewards cards like this? What about other rewards cards like Capital One or Barclay?

Capital One is no restrictions (but 1 app per every 6 months)
Barclay is also no restrictions

I believe it's 2 years from when the bonus was received.

I believe so too. This reminds me, I need to have my mom sign up for a Disney Visa under my referral code so I can get some Disney dollars. Does anyone remember whether the referrer has to wait until the $500 are spent before the bonus comes in for the referrer?

The referral bonus is just for getting an approved credit card, so it's not dependent on the referee getting a bonus. If your mom gets approved I think folks reported seeing your bonus in your account in a week or so from the approved application date.
