Getting rehired for Disney College Program

Do you have a better chance of getting hired if you have not done the program, or are your chances better if you have done it and are trying to get rehired?

I'm sure being an alum helps (the application wouldn't ask former CMs for their perner if it didn't matter), but it won't guarantee that you get back in.
