Getting ready to see the MOUSE!!!

I have found that cheating once a week isn't going to be the end of it all, if you are super strict the next day it seems to go right back down. Monday I had steak, chocolate cake .. everything and today after eating right on Tuesday it went back off. So I think its just best not to deprive yourself of an occasional treat. I know I have so far to go. LWatson I should have done a picture diary. I have lost 15 pounds and its like ok, where did it go? Feels like I can't tell is that because I just have so much to lose?
 
Today I hit the 20 pound mark, and have found I basically fit into more shirts, pants aren't as tight.. but not loose either. Hope the next 20 yields more noticeable results!
 
Still up. But, I'm dealing w/ some personal/medical stuff too. But, its good I havent gained MORE. Still sitting on those 3lbs from last week.
 
I have had an odd couple of days where I haven't ate that much but just what I ate was very high in calories.. so I put a pause on my wieght loss. But hopefully for the next five days I will do super kinda wanted to hit a goal by my aniversary and I'm six pounds from that. LOL, here's wishing. Maybe I will just fast for a few days.
 

So I am hoovering around the 20 pounds lost area. I really want to break the barrier and get down even more. 2 months plus to go.. would like to lose 10 this month if I can... we'll see.
 
10lb in a month is a lot. Becareful. I've got 3wks and still have 15lbs to go...LOL yeah not happening...LOL. I am still sitting at 47lbs lost, but its better than nothing. Goodluck.
