Getting ready for a 1st trip and one of many

We are getting ready to take the whole family to WDW It will be my DH, DD and me. As well as my 2 sisters and their families. We will have 2 kids who have never been to WDW. One is 3 and the other turns 11 on our first day there. What a way to celebrate a birthday My 3 year old niece is counting down the days till we get there on the 31st of March. We will be staying at the Saratoga Springs resort in a Grand Villa. My older niece has been with us before and she calls these grand vanillas!

We can't wait to share all this fun with our first timers and old timers. We are counting down the days. Any suggestions for way to keep everyone happy and busy?

First off

You guys are going to have a blast! My whole family took a trip down together several years ago and it was so much fun. None of my cousins had ever been and I loved getting to see them all take in Disney for the first time!

Well it is 23 days and counting and we are finalizing the plans. My sisters leave the planning up to us...which is the best part We have our dinner reservations and character breakfast reservation Any suggestions for a way to make this an even more special birthday for my nephew? He is a first timer and will be turning 11 We'll keep you posted on our plans. Thanks for the welcome and words of encouragement!
