Port Canaveral is so easy to get off the Disney ships.....eat breakfast and leave... no groups to be called, no waiting in common areas. Customs are not too long of a line etc. SO much better than other lines or ports I have been in but.... next cruise is into Miami. Wondering what the disembarkation process is like in Miami. Need to get my rental car and get on the road. Will I make it at a reasonable time?

It was quick & easy after our cruise out of Miami. Quicker than Port Canaveral.

we found it to be the same as PC... timing should be the same too, you'll get off the ship just as early

We've sailed DCL out of Miami twice. Getting off the ship and retrieving luggage was straightforward both times, but it was a little slower getting through customs than we experienced at PC. We still got to the car rental center at MIA to pick up a rental car by 10 am each time.
