Getting married in St. Thomas in OCTOBER...

All i can say is that I am freaking out... we are taking a cruise in Ocotber and getting married on St. Thomas..... My wedding coordinator, her assist and her photographer all got married the last three Octobers without any problems.... NOw all these hurricanes.... it's enough to drive a bride batty...

I don't care about wind or rain on the wedding day.... i really don't though the idea of a beach wedding would then be inside... I really just care about MISSING the island all together or the island being suddenly UNDER water.....

Just had to get that off mychest...

My best friend got married in St. Thomas in May. It was perfect. Try not to worry. The odds that a hurrican will hot on the day you are there are very small.

Hmmm, did you already get the liscense and everything from St. Thomas?

I wonder if there is a way to call the cruise line and plan your wedding on board as a backup. Not sure how that all works out teh the legalities if you already have the liscense for St. Thomas.

I'm also getting married in October and heading to the British Virgin Islands for the honeymoon, all I keep thinking about are all of these hurricanes!!! Good luck to you.
