I've been trying to get a booking in a very hard to get room that usually fills within seconds of the 7 month window opening. Twice now I've gotten in at the second online reservations open up at 8AM - seen the room available, selected it, and been taken to the screen that tells me they are holding the reservation for 60 minutes for me that shows how your points will be used. When I click on continue I'm 'kicked out' of the system and put back on the page where I have to select my dates and location again - and of course once this happens the room is gone.
Is this a glitch anyone else has seen? Does anyone know of a resolution for this? It is very frustrating to have the system telling me they are now holding my room and then booting me out. If the room was just gone it seems that it should tell me that (as it normally does) before I get to the page telling me it is being held for me and showing me which points will be used. The fact that this has happened twice and I haven't yet been able to make a successful booking leads me to believe this is a somewhat common glitch?
