Getting from WDW to Universal/Universal to MCO??

We are pchyed to go to WDW and Universal for spring break in March! We are staying at POFQ first,then we are moving to Universal's RPR. We have never stayed at Universal (got that great 5 for 3 deal!) and so I'm not sure which way is best. For those of you who visit both WDW and US, which way do you do it? Do you rent a car, do you use Mears, or a taxi or town car?

We take a taxi, that way we can come and go when we like on our schedule....

We took a taxi and the fees were around $20.00 to the airport. That was much cheaper than renting a car. Have fun!
