Getting from the Oasis in Animal Kingdom to Dinoland

Do I have to go to Discovery Island once I enter Animal Kingdom to get to Dinoland. I have been studying the maps but it does not look like there is another path to go from the Oasis right towards Dinoland. Thanks!

essentially Oasis is an island that everyone walks around right or left - then everyone converges to go across the bridge from Oasis to Discovery Island.
There you'll find the paths to the various "lands" of AK (Africa, Asia, Dinoland) sort of like spokes of a wheel

Oasis acts like Main Street (without the train of course). No way to get from the main gate to Tomorrowland without walking down main street and turning right at the hub.
