getting from Poly to BOG for 8:10 ADR?

I was not going to do any ADR's this trip but saw this one open up and could not pass it up. We are staying at Shades of Green and plan on using Poly transportation a lot of them time. What is the best way to get to MK? Is the monorail up and running by 7:30?

Monorail usually starts running about an hour before park opening. Not sure what time the ferry boat starts but that's an option as well.
