Getting from BW to Discovery Cove for 7:45 Am - traffic?

staying at Boardwalk Villas, and will be going to Discovery Cove this Thursday. I'm hoping to get there between 7:45-8 AM to get a reasonable dolphin swim time.

We will likely drive on I4 towards Sea World.

My question is: how busy will traffic be on the I4 that time of the morning? How long does it take to get from Boardwalk to Sea World?

Wanna better way? Follow signs from your resort to the DD area to Hotel Plaza.

Head down Hotel Plaza Blvd towards 535. Turn left on 535 to Palm Parkway (there will be an Olive Garden Restaurant on this corner)
Turn right on Palm Parkway and drive about 2 miles to Central Fl Parkway. Turn right on Central Fl Parkway go under the I4 and stay in the center lane.
Sea World will be about a mile or so up on the left.

Discovery Cove is on the right side oo Central FL Parkway.

Leave your resort at 6:55 to allow time (getting to your car, leaving Disney property takes longer than you would think)

Great advice!!!! I4 is a mess at that hour and this route really does save a lot of time.

This was brilliant. Once leaving the Boardwalk, it took 10 minutes to get there.
