Getting dropped off at Contemporary?

Can we get dropped off at the Contemporary to walk to MK? We usually pay to valet at Contemporary on our MK day but my dad won't be joing us in the park that day so he will keep the car. What should I say we are doing?

We took a cab one time to the Contemporary from BC. A CM suggested that we have the cab drop us off not at the front but where the cab would exit the parking lot and we walked to the path to MK from there. Worked out great.
