I was sent my activation code to set up my account a week and a half ago but can't get my Club ID to finish set up. When I called, they asked for a Membership ID, which I also don't have. Then about a week ago, I was sent an email to set up auto pay for dues to the email attached to my Disney account (this email is different than the activation code email and I couldn't finish setting up so how do they know it's me???). I emailed them right after both emails but still haven't heard back. I tried calling too, but they haven't been able to provide more info other than to wait for something in the mail (can't provide info about when I should expect it, if it something was sent already, etc.).
Is there a general timeframe for this to be done? Our contract has points that expire by Aug, so I'm getting super nervous about how long everything has taken.
