That said, am I the only one who finds it annoying that there is a site stalking Disney ADRs to give them to registered site users? I'm happy for those of you who got ADRs that way, but I'd prefer that the playing field was level for everyone. It takes a few minutes a day to check for open ADRs. Why do any third parties need to be involved?
I am also a registered user of Touringplan. So I would have to say something in TP's defense...
If you find touring plan's ADR finder annoying, what's your take on travel agents?? My travel agent, who does not cost me any extra fee, helps me getting great room discount and FP+ so I have time to handle other mundane things in my life. Would you find my travel agent annoying too?? Planning a WDW trip has been getting more and more complicated. Some people like us would do research and extra planning to ensure our money is well spent and that our family have a great time in the Mickey land. Tools like Touringplan, Travel agents and even Disboards are just tools we use to plan our WDW vacation. All of these tools are wonderful and none of them are annoying third parties in my point of views.
Having that said, there were sites that would find and HOLD ADRs for paid users... Those sites have been shut down by Disney as they were indeed "annoying." TP only sends you an alert and it is up to you to grab it onetime.
