Getting binoculars fixed

Anyone know where I would go to get a pair of binoculars fixed? My DFiL gave me a pair he use to use on board his ship (reitred Merchant Marine). He said they were dropped on deck while out to sea, which shifted the lenses. He's tried to get fix it himself but the lenses are still not right. Anyone know? Thanks.
