Getting a massage at CSR?

I'm seriously thinking of treating myself to a massage at CSR on my Spetember trip. But I've never had a professional massage before and I have no idea what to expect out of this. So here are some questions.

Do you have to make a reservation before your trip or do you think making one a couple of days before the massage will be ok?

Any idea on what sort of prices that I'll be looking at? I'm looking for a nice back/upper body massage.

I'm a paraplegic and am wondering what type of massage tables/chairs they might use at CSR. I'm hoping it'll be a table that's low enough and sturdy enough for me to drag myself onto.

Can I ask for a female massuse? I know it's not a sex thing but I think I'd be able to relax more with a female then a male.
