Is anyone else having problems getting a hold of DU Travel lately? I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with my travel consultant there and no response. She has always been real quick on getting back to me, so I was wondering if there was a problem somewhere.
 
No problems with getting a reply from DU. Our person was busy, and asked another to respond for her. Plus I sent another email around dinner time tonight to her and I got a response back immediately.
 
I've always had immediate responses from Cathy & Donna. Did you try just sending to the generic Dreams email? maybe your agent is on vacation or out of the office?? someone else should be gettting their mail in the meantime.

Write to webmaster@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com they should be able to help you by at least directing to the right person.

If you are working with Donna, know that she is currently on the Magic for this week. (lucky gal)

I have also had some problems getting responses back from them lately, but I think...like all of us...they are just incredibly busy, both with their business and their home life.

I want to personally apologize if anyone is having problems contacting their Dreams Unlimited agent recently.

We have had some unusual circumstances this past week that have affected our agents. In addition to some personal issues that came up for some of our agents we have several agents affected by Hurricane Isabel - with some still without power. Everyone does have a back-up agent so you should be contacted by someone in a relatively short period of time.

But enough of the excuses ;)

Please feel free to write to me personally if you are waiting to hear from your agent and I will be glad to look into it myself.
