my DD dining opens 11-23 Wed at what time can she make her charactor breakfast at crystal Palace

she work 2nd shift I know the phone lines wont be open yet but if she goes on My disney experience can she make them on line through the website

or does everything open at once

It is best to do it online, because that opens an hour before the phones. Online bookings start at 6:00 am Eastern Time

I went and put in the furthest date out I could which was 5-19 the only time that up was 945 even though it said search times between 845 and 1030

That's the only time available, then. All other reservations are taken.

Yes - that would be the only time available then...reason being that people who have a package can book from their checkin date plus 10 days, so while that is the farthest out you can see being 180 days from today, people who check in up to 10 days before today would be able to make that reservation. I would recommend she plan to hit a harder to get restaurant later in the trip so you have a bit of a jump on people checking in after you.
