After almost 3 hours of which 80 mins I was on hold - I was disconnected !!!! I got back in after a couple of minutes and was disconnected again. Is my luck really that bad? I am so discouraged!! I am finally back in with another 25 minute approx hold wait. Please tell me this is extremely abnormal!!!!!!! We just purchased at Bay Lake on January 30th while we were at Disney. I just hope we still get what we want

That makes me feel much better! I feel sorry to my 2 little guys since I have been missing in action for the last 3 and 1/2 hours now. Keep our fingers crossed for 25 minutes - that should mean 14 or less left - yeah!

We remained on hold on both lines until I finally spoke to a live CM. Only then did we hang up the other phone. Earlier in the morning we quit the 2nd line when the 1st got the ring, but that call was dropped after option #2, so we decided not to chance being dropped again.

After dialing for 2 hours and 5 minutes, I finally got through and was on hold for 25 minutes. Sort of got what I wanted. Had to change my view, but at least I got my dates and room size. Here we come 11/25-12/2.

We got our Treehouse Villa Our Trip is Nov 29-Dec 6, 2009 I tried for an hour to get passed the busy signal and was on hold for 20 mins.

This is definitely out of the norm. The problem is two new but limited availability resorts/resort areas opened for booking today. BLT was supposed to start March 1 (Sept 1 opening) but was moved up to Feb 8 (Aug 4 opening). The Treehouse Villas at SSR were already scheduled to begin booking today. I don't know what genius thought this would be OK, but it has been a nightmare, starting with the guides being told they needed to call each and every BLT owner to tell them of the date changes. Then, this date also happened to correspond with the booking dates for the Marathon, a pretty busy booking period in its own right.

There are busier days, but not like this...this is like calling in on the opening day of free dining promotions!
