Has anyone used this company to get an on-site package (resort and tickets)?
It seems like their prices are better than directly booking.

Thanks for any input.

lots of vloggers endorse them. Personally for me, I found them to be more expensive the Undercover Tourist. But they are probably cheaper than direct from Disney. Though, I found them to be more expensive than direct Universal Hollywood. It's weird.

Yes. We've used them the past 2 times we've gone. We usually get the package with the Courtyard Front Entrance as the GAT price is usually $300 less. Definitely reputable. They will send you the digital tickets if you pay in advance so you can load them into your Disneyland account and book your park reservations. They may not have the cheapest park tickets but definitely do a decent job on hotel discounts.

I was mostly looking at them for the resort prices. The GC was less expensive thru them.

I have bought most of my tickets in the past thru UT.
I’ll have to see if UT has resort discounts as well. I didn’t even think of that!

That makes me more comfortable seeing someone’s success story with them.

I saw them advertised on Provost Parks Pass. Vlogs. Is there an additional discount mentioning that? It seems like that is what he is saying in his vlogs.

I'm not sure on that. I think Provost Parks Pass gets a spiff for being the referral.

We used them last year for 3 day tickets and hotel (Fairfield). They were great and easy to work with. Fantastic emails and phone customer service.
This year we are doing Grand Californian for a week and 5 day passes and Undercover Tourist was a tad cheaper so we went with them.

Not for on site (since I personally think on-site is a complete rip off), but I have used hotel/ticket packages a few times for off-site. They are a good, reputable company.

I’m trying to see if UT has DL resort discounts but haven’t found that yet.
Still looking for best price.
Thanks all!

I always do WDTC for their package cancellation policy. If you have to cancel WDTC refunds the total cost of the package (hotel AND tickets). A lot of 3rd party sites will refund your hotel but will tell you that 'Disney tickets aren't refundable'. I don't know about GAT, but you may want to check on that if you're purchasing a package with them or if you're booking hotel + tickets separately.

I don't worry about it so much for Disneyland, since I'm only a days drive and can always rebook. But I do appreciate that cancellation policy when we're booking WDW!

I have used them several times and they have always been easy to work with. I think both times I have purchased their purchase 4 days and get the 5th day free tickets. One time they refunded me to match their Black Friday deal. Their customer service can’t be matched. The tickets are emailed to you soon after purchase. They had their tickets at the old price for like 10 days after the latest price increase. They seem to always have great deals with off site hotels. I think both times I have received a night off the rate. I would recommend them to everyone.

They absolutely do, and it's a decent discount from direct; the downside is that you will pay for all nights up front. Refundable to 5 days before check-in, though.

I highly recommend GAT. We've used them just for tickets and also for packages. That said, I always price it out myself and then go with what is best depending on where we want to stay. We like Candy Cane Inn and I don't think GAT does them. Anyway, great company!

If for some reason someone has to cancel their trip, are the tickets refundable?
Looks like the resort is easily cancelable. (Really don’t see having to cancel, especially since the trip would be so soon, but just in case…).

I’m looking at UT now, and they seem to have the best resort prices for GC.
