Daisy has just posted that she's staying at LCF. just wanted to let you all know.
As Lisa said, I do think it should be a mojority wins with people coming over here. I'm glad you all let me.
But if (was it Bev?) is having a feeling about it, maybe we shouldn't.
Oh, today's news. In last night's paper, there was an article in the police section.
On Friday, a 17 year old was found to have a knife in their car on school property. That was all the paper said. Would love to know who it is and what the school is doing to them. Mike said that if they do to them what they did to Carrie, Carrie will see them at the alternative education placement building before her time is done. So, if it's like Carrie, this could become interesting I think.
There was a huge article type thing also in the paper headlined "Zero Tolerance on Zero Tolerance Laws." I also have that article.
I'm supposed to be going to work, but feeling a bit tired, so I'm here with all of you instead. I will probably go around 5. Don't want stuck doing it over the weekend. There are only 2 offices to clean, but one of them is 5,000 sq. ft. The other one is about 1/2 that size. Mike is going to help me
Ok, enough rambling. Back to reading.

Hey Kathy. Sorry you're feeling under the weather today. Boy, wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall when that 17 year old is reviewed by the school.
We were so happy to have you come over here because we already KNEW and loved you. This other person is a real unknown...
How do you shine a porcelain sink? LOL
Whoever said about the flylady, thank you!!
Nell, you were saying about money being tight. Do you do coupons? Or anyone for that matter? Here is a site that they teach you how to use coupons and not
pay hardly anything out of pocket for stuff.
I have gotten free shampoo, conditioner, razors, all kinds of stuff. It's a huge site (like this one) but full of info. There are even freebies you can get.
hotcouponworld dot com (just in case)
It's an awesome site. It'll save you tons of money too. I should have shared the info before this, but to be honest, I haven't been there for a while.
Psyllium is the main ingredient in Metamucil. They make sugar free. You can also buy it unflavored in health food stores.
Thanks for the site Kathy! I'll check it out.![]()
Nell...you are so smart. Thanks!!![]()
How do you shine a porcelain sink?Lisa, Cindy, I don't do this, but my husband, on occation, uses his buffer and polish to shine the sink![]()

Hmm. I would start with bleach. I bleach the "porcelain bowl" 2x a month. For a sink you could do that too, but I think you could also use lemons to get out smaller stains.

I found this out by accident. I had an old white farm sink in Maine, that had very old stains. One night I filled the sink with white socks (we didn't have a laundry sink) and a strong bleach and laundry soap hot water mix and left it overnight. The sink came out super white! It doesn't work without clothes in the sink. I don't know why. I've repeated bleaching out stains on tile floors and stuff and I always use bleach soaked white rags.

How clean did the clothes get? Sounds dumb, but my work socks are pretty dingy in the feet. If I soak them overnight in my washer like that, would they get white? Oh, I can use thenow!!
ok, some advice again guys.
I started this WOE on Sept. 14. I have slipped 3 times. Once for the wedding, and it wasn't even hardly a slip. I just had a couple spoonfuls here and there of a "baddie" and 1/2 a cookie.
The next week Mike's niece got married. Major slip. Not even a slip. It was a catastrophe. That lasted a whole weekend, Sat and Sun, so that is 3 screw ups.
I know we are to add 10 days if we mess up 3 days. If I add the 10 days, I will be starting step 2 the monday right before Thanksgiving. The only other slip I can possibly think of is my coffee creamer when I was about 3 weeks into the plan. I didn't think of the creamer having 1 carb per serving. I was using 3 per cup of coffee. So, since then, I've been doing really well.
I was thinking I should stay on step 1 until at least Dec. 1, but what do you all think? Just need some input. If I start the Monday of Thanksgiving, I'll need to go shopping, so I need to save a bit of money up for that.
Thanks guys.
