Genie Plus question

Hello - not that I'm convinced AT ALL that I'm going to purchase the Lightning Lane 'mess' - but just in case I have a question. I'm taking my mom 12/11 - 12/15. She is NOT in the least bit good with cell phones other than making a call, sending a text. that's it. If she's listed on My Disney Experience for the trip, which she is, can I make the plans for both myself and my mom?

Yes. Normally my wife handles everything for everyone we go with. They are all in her app.

You can. There are four of us, and I deal with everybody's plans and tickets from my phone.

Yes, you can do it. I was at Epcot/HS with a co-worker about a week ago. We had purchased our tickets and park hoppers separately.

We had to "friend" each other on MDE. Your mom will probably need help with that.

Once we were friends, I was able to make virtual queue and LL reservations for both of us.

I manage for husband and I. He doesn’t want to plan, deal with the app, make ADRs or anything. I do it all. Just manage you both and have fun!

either. You can do day by day and purchase each morning or purchase for length of stay.

I took care of Genie + and paid LL for both of us. Not an issue.

Honestly it also depends what parks you will be in.
We found it very good for MK and HS.
AK was borderline depending how busy it was.
Did not need it at all for EPCOT.
YMMV.
