I'm going to re-watch today.
I'll mostly stick to the positives....
I very, very much liked the variety in Jedi personalities that we're getting. I like seeing Jedi be somewhat devious, keeping these goings on hush hush.
REALLY, really liked Yord. He's a pompous sort, like Mace Windu.
Liked Jecki, looks and voice.
Sol got more interesting in the second episode. Initially his acting was not all that, but it also improved, and loved watching the tussle with Mae, and just his overall presence.
Loved the scenes of Torbin just floating, with that impenetrable force around that he created. That was a really cool Jedi ability. Took me a while to figure out what it reminded me of-that movie the Golden Child.
I wonder what all they're hiding, something so bad, a Jedi would commit suicide after asking for forgiveness. I never thought a Jedi would do that. Sol seemed to be hiding some truth too.
Enjoyed Qimir's character. He's very down to earth, tell it like it is, squirrely sort. Sounded more natural in his acting, unlike others who sounded forced.
I don't think Osha/Mae are very well acted at all. Her delivery is just all over the place, and not well done. Those are the characters I care the least about, and they're the main ones.....
I didn't like the editing. Very reminiscent of Attack of the Clones, with overly short scenes, quick cutaways, and felt very choppy at time.
If grading, I'd give ep 1 a C, and ep 2 a B+.
I might change those upon rewatch, or the more I think about them.
