Let me preface this by saying that it's not for me I'm asking.
I keep getting articles on my Facebook feeds about wdw since I am searching on line for info.
One article tells of people unaware that they need park reservations in advance...and I get how that can be a problem if you somehow miss the instructions on their website.
Same article says you can avoid the hassle by booking with a travel agent. But... does that just mean the agent will do it for you? Still needs to be done, I'm assuming.
So if someone buys tickets but fails to reserve a park during their stay, they're just out of luck? Does Disney account for people who reserve but don't show?
