General December discount question

Did some searching on disboards and mousesavers, but couldn't find the answer.

Historically, when WDW has room/package discounts in December, what is the percentage off they give for Deluxe resorts?

I wouldn't base it much on history, as Disney is trying to reduce discounts. That said, the biggest discounts I've seen are the buy 3/get 4 more... and 40% off deluxes.
I do NOT expect to see anything that generous in the near future.
But I would hope/expect to see deluxe discounts in the 25-35% range.
