I was curious when this was taking place..

So, for those who are still in the planning process and would rather not be there during that time (or for those that want to be there, or for those that don't care but like to know what is going on at Disney... )

Thanks to the OP for the heads up. I'm planning a summer 2004 trip and this is a great help to me. While I have no problem with the Gay Community - my motto is live and let live, but I do have children and do not want to spend my vacation having to explain homosexuality to them should they take notice of a great number of same-sex couples.

A vast majority of posters and DIS readers, etc...depend greatly on information posted here.

There are DIS participants and visitors that this information will be of great interest..either as the OP stated weather you want to participate or avoid!

Klstellato, that was pretty harsh.

I happen to be half of a gay couple (is that still politically correct? should it be same sex couple? oh bother). Anyway, my partner and I do check out when Gay Days are scheduled so that we will NOT be at WDW during those times.

We both agree that we don't go on vacation, certainly not to Walt Disney World, to validate our sexuality or relationship. And yikes, definitely not at those prices!

I too keep track of GayDays, because that's when we go also. Not for that particular event, but that time of year.
We avoid MK that saturday, and the 2 day hoppers are available from the website in case we need a couple.
Just another large event to plan our itinerary around.

If you didnt know it was GayDays, you wouldnt know it was GayDays.
My kids were more interested in why Mickey & Minnie have separate homes LOL. Try explaining that to a 5 year old!!
I told them they were related!!
