Unfortunatly, Disney doesnt post "Friends of Dorothy" meets like a lot of the lines do. But if you go over to the DCL area of the Dis, there is usually a thread for each specific cruise...

You can always hang there and hopefully meet people that will be on the same cruise as you.

we met quite a bit of family this last week on the Magic in the cove area. I dont think you'll have any problems finding family on board.
